This is perfect for pots! I'm sure it'd be perfect for lots of stuff, but this is heavy-duty enough for my pots and the top snaps on so it doesn't pop off easily. I have had this for about a week now and I slide it out from under the table frequently. This has been outside since I got it and water hasn't gotten in the tote and the top hasn't popped off. I've even caught some of the kids standing on this to reach the table. The handles are sturdy and firm. They aren't like the other type that I have that bend when I pick up the tote. Some of those other cheaper totes start to collapse in on themselves over time- I don't see that happening with this one. I am very pleased with this and I'll end up getting more for my storage needs.
I am so happy to have this Hart 68qt storage tote. To start, I like that it’s clear, so you can see what’s in it. The bin itself feels very sturdy and reliable. Nice thick lid. Doesn’t feel like it’s gonna break on me. It can fit quite a bit of stuff. Right now, I am storing our kitchen and baking gadgets but may move it to my sons room for some serious storage. Very happy and would buy more!
I have two of these totes and this one is the perfect size for keeping in the back of my SUV. Its great for putting my groceries in, so that they don’t end up all over. Then when I get home,…..I can make just one trip into the house. The tote is sturdy enough that I’m confident carrying heavy items without fear of it breaking. The lid has clamps to lock it down and holes that line up on the tote and lid for locking it. I can run a bike cable thru those holes if I need to put the tote in the back of the pickup or on the trailer.
I am really happy with the quality of this storage container. My favorite feature is that the lid gets locked in. I use these in my basement, and it keeps everything inside perfectly clean because it's sealed in! I love the large size and that you can see what's inside.
I normally buy from Walmart the sterilite brand and they're nice these I have found are a little bit better fitting lid and more secure. I used these underneath my gutters to collect rainwater for my potted plants which works out really nice so they're more of a multitask because after that I use them everywhere else even for collecting branches and debris in the yard. They're great to collect leaves and when I have them underneath my gutters the other brands always blow out and then they crack d stand up better I definitely like these
I chose this tote so I could see what was inside. 68 quart is a fairly large capacity so unless you do not plan on picking it up I would not put anything too heavy in it. The tote is very sturdy and stacking them is not a problem if they are not fill with too much weight. The lid latches down so it does not come off when stacked for storage or when being carried. The lid does not have an air tight seal but works for storage where the floor may get damp. The blue lid is a good color not too bright and goes with most color choices.
MADE IN THE USA! It’s so hard to find products that are. This is a very sturdy, well made tote of very high quality. Nice locking lid. One handle did come off but was easy to snap back on. I like that it’s clear so you can see what is in it. Very high quality, will definitely get more!
I am really becoming a fan of Hart products! This tote is very light but also feels very durable! The latches are strong and are a bit tough to open. But thats good so critters won’t be able to get into it. I will probably buy some more of these for storing our clothes in the outside building. I intend to use this one for my husband’s climbing equipment.
This 68 quart clear latching lid storage tote is very durable and spacious is the storage I need. It is very durable, the latching of the lid is a plus to allow that assuredness of not opening when not needed to. I use them for storing my seasonal clothing. They are stackable which is a plus for me. These storage tote will last a long time. I am very please with them.
I really like this tote that I can put locks on in several places. I know anyone could drill into plastic and do same thin but this is neater looking and less work for me. It's light weight and sturdy. I like the locking handles as well. I also like that the well on top is deeper and can more securely stack together multiples.
