Bought this for my Mom, she lives in Arkansas, I live in Missouri. Second phone I tried to get her. It has to go back, after they waited for a new sim, because I didn't know what size she had, they worked over an hour to get it to work, never did. Was told it will not work with consumer cellular. Saw on here before I bought it that is does. Well it doesn't. Hopefully they get it returned and can find a different one.
I never write reviews, but this phone will just suddenly stop working. I have contacted them, and I hope I get a response and hopefully get a refund. Stay away from this phone. I know it looks super cute, but that's about it. If you don't want to waste your time or money, keep shopping.
I'm always having issues with it. I have to restart it almost every day. Eventually, it stooped working and won't receive or send calls.
