This rail is very sturdy and has been so helpful to my mom after hip replacement surgery. It isn't obstructive and can be moved easily for cleaning

I have a neurological problem that keeps me from being able to walk. When this came my husband put it together and moved it to my bathroom. It's really sturdy and much better than the other one I had. This stays where it is, but it can be moved easily so the floor can be cleaned. I may buy more for our other two bathrooms.
I was looking for a toilet seat support for my mother. I bought another type of toilet seat support which attaches to the seat. The only problem was that the seat had to be screwed to the toilet and the holes doesn't quite match. Found out there are hundreds of types of toilets with different sizes and location of hinges. It's difficult and impossible to fit seat support to our toilet. So when I ordered the Deluxe Safety Toilet Support it fitted perfectly around the toilet. Don't need to attach to toilet seat. Just some simple assembling of this product and place it around toilet. This is convenient for my mother and guests to use.
The support worked excellently for visiting elderly guest needing support at the toilet; it fit well in between the sink and tub around the toilet (as pictured). The only problem was getting the screws to get in place and tight, I could not use my hand and had to seek a tool to tighten.
Product was everything advertised. Easily assembled. Delivery was made on date they stated. Very satisfied with the product.
I like its design. It is well constructed, sturdy, not cumbersome.
This product has really helped my dad a lot. He has a hard time getting up and this has helped him a lot. I would highly recommend this item for anybody that has a hard time getting up.

it is too lightweight for a 300lb person to use with full weight upon the bars. It tilts too easily.
