Perfect size. I lost both My legs 2 yrs ago and the way I need to get on the chair was why I bought the larger seat, not for my weight. Perfect for my needs
Bought this chair for my father after the one we had was not supporting him properly he is happy with the new chair & it is a easier accommodation then the previous one haven't heard any complaints yet!

pval opening a plus as hard to find oval opening. the adjustable legs when transferring from wheelchairs of varying height. Could have been padded and would have been perfect.
This commode is excellent. unlike other commode that have just a hole and are terribly uncomfortable, this commode has a platform. It makes balance easy and you can also glide easily from a wheelchair or bed to the commode because of the platform. I broke my leg and went into a rehab facility. This is the commode that I started using with my slide board. It is truly more comfortable, easier and less painful than any other commode I've tried. Even bariatric commodes.
I'm using this as a shower chair/bench and it couldn't be more comfortable or perfect for my purposes. The material of which it is made never seems to feel cold to the touch, even when wet. The seat and the backrest are very comfortable and they almost feel padded, although they're not. The chair is very well constructed, very sturdy and well-designed. The drop arms enable me to get in and out of the shower even with my current physical limitations. I couldn't be more pleased with this chair, and recommend it highly to anyone.
This commode only needs a flip down lid over the opening to be perfect. Sturdy, comfortable, adjustable height, stable. Fold down arms a REAL plus! FAST delivery. It may not fit over regular toilets if they are in small spaces because it is wide, but width allows for easier access & personal hygiene.
In a recent hospital stay, I took the manufacturer and model on a bedside commode chair that worked wonderfully. I ordered one for home recovery and was hugely disappointed in the difference between the hospital and the one I ordered. The home version leaks and makes a mess. The home version's seat is very uncomfortable. The hospital version had an attached seat and cover. The home version has no attached seat with cover. Very disappointed with this purchase.
Great for larger individuals, what's not great is the bucket doesn't attach well underneath the chair and urine can spill out, not meant for men as the opening isn't made for a man to wee while sitting down. The other downside is there isn't a lid to close (you have to remove bucket and place the lid you use to transport to dump waste). This is not the first chair I have used or ordered. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I have worked in the medical field, whoever designed this has not.
I was issued a refund and I needed the product when I come home from rehab. No explanation just was issued a refund. I have purchased a lot of merchandise from Walmart but this may be the last
