It's great, this is a amateur hacker's phone. To correct resolution issue with screen had to go into developer mode, and then tweak text size. It is a budget phone, but it's a great budget phone. The biggest technical issue by far is a glitch with carrier vs. WiFi network. If you have WiFi calling enabled with data going it will shutdown your SIM. Very easy fix though: turn your phone off for three minutes. Initially I did the total recheck protocol, took it all apart, try the shutting it completely off first. Now I also turned off WiFi calling, and never run WiFi and data simultaneously. It's fun.
always nice having a new phone. we always buy the Samsung phones since we've had such good luck with them. we now have two of these A13's . a bit different then my old Samsung phone and a new charger is required. they are also a bit larger . all in all, a great phone
The phone is great! Bigger than the Samsung 10e. Like the screen, for locating all my apps. I am still getting used to it. I do have set up the way I want, it wasn't too hard. The cameras work great, and clarity with the pics. From the front camera and the back.
Worth the price and easy set up. Step by step guide on how to use the phone. Took less than 5 minutes to activate and great service in Omaha NE have found no dead spots!
So far it has been a great phone. Plenty of storage and is pretty fast to pull up an app. Previously I had a refurbished A12 and the microphone stopped working after six months. Hopefully this one will last longer. Good phone for the price. I am still ahead on the money. This is much cheaper than the latest greatest iPhone and Galaxy.
I needed a phone that had more storage than my previous phone and the price was right so i bought it. It was not much different than my Galaxy A20, so not too hard to change. It was also fairly easy to transfer my contacts, calendar, and accounts. I still use AOL for my email which Galaxy doesn't seem to like, but i dont care. Its my phone! Anyway, i like it pretty well.
My lamps are red but when they are lit in the pictures taken with Sansung Galaxy A 13 5 look pink. Tried all the features offered for the camera and I am not impressed. Just want a true to color pic.
This is as basic as it gets. It is all I need, but I am dissatisfied that some of the settings, particularly the Instagram "Notifications" are a joke. I get all kinds of inconvenient junk notifications but none from the only one that I follow. There is no way to customize. It is either all on or all off, but the one I actually want on does not work. My old Samsung was better. Also, the camera is not better than my old phone either.
I really like the phone except having to put a code in it every time I got to use it and my game apps won't show up on the phone with the others I have to go into settings click apps and scroll through apps till I find the one I want and click on it then open it Then I can play. Otherwise it is a nice phone. I
Everything about this Galaxy A13 5G is good except for one thing. The screen display lacks contrast. Everything looks dull. I searched the settings and there is nothing like Vivid or Contrast. My previous phone the Galaxy A20 has a great display compared to the A13 5G. The only reason I switched phones was the small memory size on the Galaxy A20. Each time I look at the A13 5G my disappointment grows. If I could return the Galaxy A13 5G I would.
