works just as well as the big brands. i have to keep this at home for the family sick days

excelent remedy
Over years I bought many OTC cough medications, and to be honest, none seemed to work as promised. I always ended up wondering if the promised benefits which rarely happened worth the side effects from these products. In a recent trip I got a severe cold again and I coughed like crazy, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. Fortunately I saw this product on a local Walmart shelf and decided to give it a try. It worked wonderfully. Not only my coughs were largely under control with just one dose, I didn't have much common side effects such as dizziness and headaches. It worked so well I recommended to my wife who recently had a bad cold, and she tried with the same amazing results! Highly recommend this product for anyone who have tried pretty much all the brand names and still couldn't find a perfect one.

It got the job done with my symptoms. Took a little longer for it to take affect. A good product for mild cold symptoms
I decided to try and save $$ and got this instead of Nyquil. Nyquil would treat my symptoms and get me sleepy enough to fall asleep. I don't know WHAT this stuff is, but it did the opposite -- didn't help with the symptoms, and even worse, instead of making me sleepy, it made me feel really wired/antsy and I laid in bed awake ALL night. Thanks a lot, Equate.
