they work really well and gives relief quickly the only bad thing was one of the pills i took got stuck the only complaint i have is the size i hate swallowing pills but you have to do what you need to do to get relief.
Basically the same thing as the name brand and works just as good.I have no immune system and the Equate brand is a godsend on my wallet.
Works excellent for helping you get good sleep when you're sick and need the extra rest that a cold doesn't make easy. Also a great price- saving money helps you sleep a little better as well

I've always used storebrand medication's. I learned this when I was in college and working as a pharmacy technician from the pharmacist. They have the same active ingredients, exactly the same.
Product works as stated on box. In my opinion, it works just like the name brand product. Why pay more for name brand when you can get the same with equate?
