Turn bacon occasionally and pour off fat as it accumulates. Drain bacon on paper towels before serving. To Broil: Arrange bacon slices on broiler pan. Place in preheated broiler 4 inches from heat source. Broil 3 to 4 minutes total time, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve. To Microwave: Place sliced bacon between paper towels in a microwave safe baking dish. Cook on High power, 2 slices: 1-1/2 minutes, 4 slices: 2-1/2 - 3 minutes, 6 slices: 3-1/2 - 4 minutes.
