So far so good. I like the fact that you can have 2 different temps. Some of the wine bottles are too wide but for the most part I am very happy with it.
Had now for 4 months works great...have to reset temps if power goes out.
I had this same Wine Cellar for 8 year when it died. I was so thrilled to see it for sale still. I love my Wine Cellar for the 2 zones and for the quiet running, you never hear it. Thank you Cuisinart for having s great product that I don't want to be without!
Great little wine fridge, just as advertised! I've only had it a couple weeks now but here are the pros and cons as I see them: First the cons: It does have a very quiet fan noise, like a personal computer but it's white noise and doesn't bother me. Also, it only fits standard sized wine bottles (750ml), not larger ones unless you remove some of the racks. This again, is not an issue for me but may be for others. Now, the pros: I do love the fact that it's dual temperature and it's very small, counter-top sized which are the primary reasons I purchased it. It is very quiet and it holds 12 bottles. It's perfect for smaller spaces and standard sized bottles for both whites & reds.
I bought this a month ago and am very please with it.. I really enjoy the dual zone temperatures. The size is just perfect - with keeping a case of wine.
I love Cuisinart products. I bought the small wine unit because I have limited space and we don't store a lot of wine at a time. It is perfect for keeping wine at the right temp. It could be a little deeper as some bottles are taller. Most times they fit. For a novice that doesn't need a larger wine cooler it is perfect because of the dual temperatures.
We have only owned the wine fridge for a few weeks, but so far so good! It is exactly what we were looking for in a wine fridge and hopefully it will serve us well.
Received this Wine Cellar for a Christmas present. The dual zone cooling system is great; able to cool wine white and red wines at the same time at the correct temperature. The tall white wine bottle will not fit in the cooler, unless you place in sideways.
This Dual Zone Wine Cellar replaced another Cuisinart Wine Cellar that failed after 6 years. I liked the previous one but it was sad that it failed so soon (an electric motor failed). I didn't think it should have failed so soon. I looked extensively for a replacement, but the Cuisinart was the only cellar that would fit in the space that I had in the bar. The replacement is working nicely after 5 months, but the redesigned (now dual zone rather than single zone) model holds 6 fewer bottles. The cellar is nicely made, good looking, and quiet.
Arrived 4 weeks ago. First three weeks the fan ran 99% of the time. It wasn't horribly loud, but certainly noticeable. Then last week, a new chugging noise started in addition to the fan sound and goes about 50% of the time. I'm guessing it's not going to last so I'm just going to return it. Additionally, I agree with other reviews about bottles being hard to fit in unless you turn them with the bottle butt facing outward.
