easy to install,but screws that came with it is flimsey.
Like them a lot though the quality varied. Will be returning one and ordering a new one hoping to get better quality.
this is an exceptional blind,,good weight and easy to install.this is the second one I have ordered.looks great w/curtains or sheers bordering it,,blocks enough light to let you sleep on Saturday but not enough to be gloomy.
the item arrived on time : the package was shipped with all parts included; the shade was wrapped in plastic; clean and new ; easy to hang on window: the shade works properly; I think it is beautiful: it compares to an older bambo shade I have from a higher end store- same quality . the color is almost "true" as seen in the pictures ,maybe a little darker .. If your torn between this color or the darker shades - know that this is a little darker .. I think the product is perfect - great deal;
I ordered 46" shades for my sunroom. The size fit perfectly. They were easy to install and look like they were professionally fitted and hung. They look very nice and do a good job of keeping the sun and glare out of the room. I would highly recommend these shades.

I'm somewhat confused as I purchased this product with a different name. Mine was Ambria Taos Natural but shows the same exact product picture. I am confident that they are the same product sold by different company names. They were a beautiful natural almost like a pine color that goes well with my slightly reddish oak flooring and furniture and butterscotch plaid pleated drapes. They do provide some privacy but at night when the lights are on inside, I can see thru them from the outside. During the day, I can make out objects such as bushes and trees but noone can see in. I am somewhat disappointed in the privacy aspect as it states full privacy in the description but I love how they look at my windows. Since I don't dance naked in my living room, I'm ok with these shades lacking full privacy.
I've had these shades for a few months now. This shade fits perfectly on my back door. I set it up on two preexisting nails and used the o-ring screws from my old blinds, so set up only took about a minute. The color looks a bit richer in person than it does online, something like a light maple, which makes it look nice and classy. Matches well with my wood floors and cabinets. I love that it provides privacy and also filters just the right amount of light. My only gripe with these blinds is that almost as soon as I put them up, the string started to come out from the sides. I ended up using a glue gun on the back side along the edges to hold the stings in place and keep them from sliding off. I recommend that anyone purchasing these shades do the same, otherwise I don't think that they'll last long.
I love the color, the material these are made of, and I wish they really were private. They are like having nothing on the windows at night. I am lucky I left the blinds up. I'd really wanted blinds slightly wider than my window as I'd planned to hang them on the inside. Not many options for 50 or 52". I had to get the 48"...because I wanted the privacy factor. During the day the light comes through, but they do help keep the heat factor down some. West facing window in Texas in .summer makes for a hot bedroom, even with dark film and blinds. So I thought adding thus shade would help, and it does. But I do have to remember to close the blinds. Granted, nobody wants to look at my chubby, saggy and wrinkled body, but I live across the street from a mosque and a church, and I try not to offend them. They were easy to hang according to the handyman. They ended up on the outside of the window because they aren't cut straight #or my window is seriously out of kilter, either is possible#. I find it necessary to put a push pin on one side in the afternoon when I lower the shade and close the blind behind it. For over $60 including tax, I think the specifics on the shade should be correct #even the plastic box they came in states semi-private#, and that they might not need to be tacked to the wall on one side near the top. It is too bad these aren't sold in stores, although I do understand lack of space in the stores. I don't know of anyone who sells these blinds so you know up front what you're getting. These are hung now and I don't think there are any other ones that are actually privacy that are big enough for a 48" window available at Walmart. I will keep these, and I'd recommend them for exhibitionists or not to be used in the bedroom.
Like the look but the blinds had a horrible smell about them & I thought maybe it would air out, but couldn't stand it. Returned them!
