It was wonderful to find a prepared rice pudding that is gluten free, soy free and dairy free. It did need the addition of more cinnamon. Texture and over all flavor was very good in comparison to other pre-prepared puddings.
It tastes literally like a pudding made only of rice, with a harsh sweetness that reminds me of saccharin. It's starchy, bland. Though the ingredients indicate cinnamon, none of us detected any spice. Just white rice flavor. And the weird sweetness. And don't even get your hopes up for an almond flavor - the way almond milk is processed it just tastes like milk. Cow milk. Wish I'd kept the receipt so I could take it back.
