Adults and kids are able to get in on the game, just be sure to sort the cards before starting. Some cards have more of an adult there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had fun looking through the memes/picture cards and making up our own sayings to go with them more than actually playing the game the way it is meant to be with people picking a saying from the saying card options they have in their hand. Playing our own way has brought many laughs. Be aware this one does have a set of phrases to match with the meme photo cards labeled "mature content" so you might want to pull those out if you intend for this to be a family friendly game.
