I bought the heel wedge last year and they improve my walking.
I've had issues with my heels for the last few years with soreness coming and going depending on how much walking or on my feet activities I've done that day. I recently received these bone spur pads to try thinking they might give a little relief. I am so surprised with how much relief they provided! They are very comfy and don't slip around in your shoes. I love that you don't need multiple sets for all your shoes, you just pop these out of one pair and put them right into the next pair. I used the Stride BoneSpure Pads size small 5-7. I used these mostly for work because I'm on my feet all day long as a assistant head house keeper and these have over all helped my feet a great deal. This product is great for sure heels. It relieves pressure on your heels when you're on you're very alot. I have suffered with heel spurs for many years and I have tried several different products including full foot inserts, partial inserts, and multiple different types of shoes, to name a few. The shoes that I was using were no longer providing me any relief but fortunately for me, this is also when I was introduced to The Soft Stride Heel Wedges! I had never used a product like this before and I was unaware of the Soft Stride Heel Wedges before I signed up to participate in The Viewpoints Program. It took a few days for my feet to adjust to the new inserts but I am glad that I kept using them because I was finally able to walk without the terrible pain in my heels! The days that I am out running errands have been much more enjoyable because the Soft Stride heel wedges offer more relief than the other products I had been using. The only minor thing about the heel wedges that I would change is to add an adhesive on the bottom so they would stay in place to prevent any movement when I take my shoes off. I am happy to say that I am still getting the relief that I need after wearing them for over a month now and not only would I definitely recommend The Soft Stride Heel Wedges to anyone suffering from heel spurs/pain but I would be more than happy to purchase them as well! I work 12 hour days in a manufacturing plant and am required to wear steel-toed shoes at work.
