use them all the time. works excellent on my lower back don't use them for my neck.
They work for me on neck and lower back. Use smaller sizes on shoulders, upper arms and knees.
I am terribly upset that Canada has discontinued selling these , they were the best thing around with my heavy period and severe cramps , wish they would bring them back

They stay warm. Problem is they don't stick well. I HAVE TO USE TAPE TO HOLD IT IN PLACE. UGH

no I understand when you put a muscle relaxing Heating patch on your skin you don't want it to stick so hard that it takes a layer of skin off when you try to remove it.. but this thing only has two small adhesive strips that are located on the very ends of each wing of the patch! there are no adhesive strips or locations located anywhere else on the patch so anytime you move, the patch either moves itself off of the area you need it to be, or the patch just falls off all together.. you're much better off getting a regular square patch that has adhesive across the entire patch if you want to put a medicated patch on a sore muscle and still be able to function throughout the rest of your day! Zero Stars, unusable, waste of money, go home drunk your Bob!
The seller claims their “3-count” product is around 11.00 dollars. They do not specify what “3-count means”. A reasonable person would believe that 3-count means 3 boxes since these heat wraps cannot be sold separately. For comparison. Walnut store: about 4.00 per box Walgreens / CVS: about 7.00 per box Mr Medical: 11.00 per box Please take this listing down to specify what “3-count” means. .
