I use Melatonin when I have a hard time falling asleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my bottle of Melatonin by Nature Made, I immediately began taking it before bedtime. I took 1 tablet - one hour before bedtime with water, as the bottle instructed. The tablets do not have an unpleasant taste, and they are easy to digest with a glass of water. I continued taking 1 tablet every night with water for a month, and here's my experience with it. The tablet started to kick in after about 45 minutes after taking it, and then I would go to bed. It's very consistent, and even now after 30 days of using this product, the tablet still works after about 45 minutes. I wake up in the morning, and I don't feel groggy or tired from the night before. I received 90 tablets in the bottle, so that's a 2 month supply!! I'm very impressed by this product, and will be buying it in the future!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Nature Made extra strength 10 mg Melatonin a few weeks ago and they have made a big difference in the way I sleep!! I fall asleep so much faster and stay asleep through the whole night and I do NOT wake up drowsy. I am so glad I tried them. On night when I can't fall asleep I take one 10mg pill and withing 30 minutes I am sleeping. I have tried other over the counter sleep aids and I always wake up feeling drowsy and with these I don't. I have told my family and friends about them because they work so well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago and have taken it to help me sleep it works ok it does help me to fall asleep but I don't sleep all night that's the down side so I don't think I would recommend it but it may work better for someone else it's a small pill and you only take one at night
Doesn't kick in quickly. Doesn't keep me asleep more then 3 hours. I like the chewable ones better. My husband got nightmares with this one. The other kind is 10mg but we always cut them in half.

I normally have trouble sleeping at night so I decided to give this a try, while it did work for me, the next day I was still feeling very drowsy to the point where I just wanted to go back to bed. I don't know if this is a normal thing and it happens to everyone but it happened every single time that I used it. I decided to stop using it all together and the drowsiness stopped the very next day. I am upset that this had happened because I was looking forward to finally having something that would help me sleep when I needed it.
never received this order of melatonin. it is now May 12th. I'm very upset. I was notified it was delivered on the 4th.
3 times i used it. First time it works good. But next times had no effect
