Taking this regularly helps with my digestion %26 helps with my pain and bloating.
This product is phenomenal, I used to have UTI every time I go to the doctor, doctors advised me to drink lots of cranberry, and water, which didn't help until I started taking this products this is so good for women's health, I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for probiotics supplements for immune boosting.
Very helpful for healthy digestive and especially useful when taking an antibiotic. This 'magic' pill keeps a tummy healthy.
Great product when taking it with Probiotics. I suffer of blowding. I have lived with constipation all my life. I stated taking both vitamins and my stomach issues went away. Now its hard to find the probiotics. I tried taking it by itself and the results are not the same.
this prebiotic straightened out my gut keeps me regular naturally. i wish i gad listened to my friendinda years ago and started it earlier👍🦋😎it acually helps me maintain my energy when i forget to take it in the am i immediately realize i feel sluggish and fatigued

I've been a regular user of Acidophilus for years since around 1993. I've been using this brand for nearly as long. Acidophilus in general should be taken by every one, especially those over 50. It's not necessary to be taken everyday, but it helps. I take these three times a week, more often when I'm feeling ill, or when on antibiotics (just don't take at same time). I like this brand for the convenience of home delivery, price, pill count and the available organisms. Of course, not every bottle is going to deliver exactly 2 billion live organisms. The travel and how long its in the bottle and unrefrigerated kills a great many, but there's more in this bottle over the long run than in other brands. My advice is to keep refrigerated when you buy these to keep the live organisms alive. Overall, I highly recommend this item, and this brand without hesitation.
I think they work, just maybe too well lol
I bought 2 bottles. Both were stuffed with cotton, a little more than half of the pills where WHOLE and the rest were broken into very small pieces. There was also a large amount of powder in the bottom of each bottle. I have been buying these for years, but I am shopping for another supplier. I first chose to return them and reorder, but I have since decided to not take my chances again.
Very chalky and bulky. If I take it at night, it gives me heartburn. I'd rather have capsules but this is the only decently priced brand I can find on a limited budget.
