I was looking for herbal preparations and vitamins to improve memory and increase mental ability. I am not at a young age and, by coincidence, I change my work activity, for which it is very necessary to persevere, to memorize and teach my mind. Vitamins have become a good helper for me! I will order and recommend!!!!Ingredients Useful. Ideal Quality, with the usual Taste, an unmatched product. Capsule size and dosage are good. I liked the packaging. There is a benefit for me.
Certainly makes me think more clearly. Takes away the brain fog for me, coupled with a low carb lifestyle. Only problem is the capsule is a bit big and it doesn't stay fresh for long.
The dosage of each ingredient is well balanced. These are often in inappropriate quantities in multi component but this one is good, I dont know the brand much but seems trustable quality . Size easy to swallow, effects and benefits are the same as my regular brand, i would recommend for someone who doesn't want to bother with multiple caps to take per day.

2nd time ordering this. i don't know if it's due to this supplement that there's more clarity in my thinking. i do not combine coffee or tea with it. i take this between breakfast and lunch....
I feel like it helped me think more clearly! The tablets have good ingredients, like vitamins and herbs, that are good for your brain. They're easy to take, and the 30 tablets are enough for a month. If you're looking for something to help you think better, I think this is a good option.
Good quality packaging. Published ingredients look ok, size of tablet is big. Dosage is one tab per day, benefits for me is just so so, nothing significant. Taste is tasteless.
I tried this hoping it would do just that - help me think clearly. L-theanine does help calm and clear your mind to some extent. But because this has a double dose of theanine, instead it relaxed me so much I didn't really achieve much that day! In the adult PTSD clinical trials in Australia, this dose was used to function daily. I won't be using it again unless someone is having a breakdown!
