[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like taking this vitamin. I feel like it does help with my energy and how I feel productive throughout my day. I'm a stay at home mom so I need all the help I can get these. Don't have a bad aftertaste or taste at all. I only take it once a day instead of the two times a day it suggest only because I forget to retake it, but when I take it in the morning, I do feel like it a better start to my day. The fliptop lid is easy to access, but I would suggest keeping it away from kids and I'm excited to continue using this.

Definitely gives energy. In the throes of postpartum, these have given me a little bit of extra life. These are average sized capsules and easy to swallow. They taste fine/unoffensive. I have found this to give me the same amount of of energy that the previous brand I used did. (Nature's Way is cheaper too!)
