I travel with Wellness Formula. Get in Capsule for for easier swallow. It really helps keep me going if I cannot completely take a break from my schedule. Since it contains so many healthy herbs and energy boosting products I know it is helping to boost my immune system and replenish my system. It does NOT over energize, make me jittery or make me sleepy. I recommend it often.
This is a great, effective product. Swansons charges about HALF of what my local health food store does for the exact same product. I suggest the capsules, much easier to swallow - the tablets are too much like horse pills and my family wont take the tablets. This is a staple in winter at my house!
My father swears by these. Any signs of a cold and he takes the Wellness Formula, and he has immediate relief. This also helps boost your immune system which is needed the most.
I grew up using this product and resenting it a little because of the huge tablets, but it is definitely a go-to remedy for me. It works SO quickly and is amazing. I recommend this to all my friends. It is a great way to build up your immune system. The capsules don't taste as bad as the tablets, but you have to take twice as many. Either way, it's totally worth it.
For decades, from early childhood I suffered from chronic ear infections. Even had to be hospitalized due to severe infections spreading to brain and had operations which resulted in temporary relief. I was given nearly every antibiotic and some caused various upsets in other functions. Finally a naturopath suggested I try Wellness and what a surprise! My ear infections became a bad memory. By taking a capsule once every two or three days I no longer had ear infections. I augmented the dose with a fairly high dose Vitamin C but C by itself wasn't the solution. I would always suggest consulting a medical professional but some have told me 'fairy tales' and 'horror stories' related to natural cures or treatments but one can't deny my own relief which I attribute to the Wellness formula. If I had been given those ingredients which have natural antimicrobial or viral effect I would have been a much healthier and happier soul. Ear infections are painful and dangerous, so much so that countless children were operated on and drainage tubes were medicine's best answer. I haven't had an ear event in twenty years. And haven't taken any RX antibiotics in that span. Just my limited use of Wellness and Vitamin C. And haven't suffered any kidney, liver or other organ failure/damage as some doctors warned me would occur. I was a bit hesitant to try it at first because i have a sensitive stomach but it didn't affect it at all. I got to try it for free and will definitely be back for more. I take it with me when I travel overseas for a good immune system boost and kick of energy to help fight jet lag. Definitely worth the price and carry on space.
Heard great things about these capsules for immune system, on day 1 and so far so good. Haven't had any adverse reactions to them. They are really smelly though.
Although I couldn't feel a difference with this supplement I did t get sick the weeks I took it so I'm assuming it works. I will say the taste is awful and it's pricey. I got it complimentary from Influenster for reviewing purposes. I did think it helped me stay healthy during this fall/winter cold season.
This is a great supplement but be aware that this is capsule version that is less potent than the stronger tablets (so have to take twice as many). Still a good deal at sale price.
