its a good laptop bag for smaller laptops. a 15.4" widescreen will fit, so will a larger one, but it's best suited for 14" plus peripherals. with a thicker laptop, you won't be able to use the pockets in the top half since that will prevent the case from closing. a thinner smaller laptop with peripherals and some documents is fine. basically it's great for traveling light. if you don't travel light. be weary.
