easy-to-use, easy to install.
This dash cam installed very easily. It has a good picture, and it is small enough to not be distracting.
This is a great starter dash cam. It is relatively easy to use and comes with everything needed to begin using it exception for an SD card. To view the video you must remove the card and place it in a computer. It would be nice if there was a quick way to share it to a phone since most people travel with a phone and not a computer.
I own three of these as they are tried and true, the proce is perfect, easy to set up, great length of wire to work with and very simple to start using. My only real complaint would be the menu and how to access certain functions; it can be a bit confusing navigating such as setting up "parking mode" which I haven't figured out how to turn on.
Power cable is a bit to long but that's ok completes the job wonderfully
The camera records fairly clearly simple set up records in a loop stays secure on the mount, even though you can remove it without trouble because it's magnetic
first off, let me say that for the money this is a good dash cam if your on a budget. a few things that bothered me is that it didn't come with a micro sd card and the one it needed i couldn't find at any of the walmarts or meijers near by. so i had to go online and order one. It can only take up to a 32gb U3 microsd card. i havent seen any actual video footage of whats been recorded so i cant say if the video quality is good or not. on the display screen it looks horrible but im sure that because its a cheap lcd display and the actual footage looks alot better.
While ready to use and no suction cup mount, the 720 resolution is not sharp when needing to capture license plates.
It's a nice starter camera for beginners and it's very easy to set up, I like the magnet to mount the camera onto, it's like a quick snap and go. The quality is about 240p, but it'll record a crash when it comes to it. I highly recommend turning the audio on and relying on reading out the license plate number because it doesn't record it at all. It's a somewhat decent camera, there are other $40 dash cameras with better video quality, but I went out on a limb with this one. Most of these reviews are paid positive reviews, but I should've known better and did more research. It will do for now.
The first nexbase camera didn't work, I paid $63 for it. Took it back wasn't allowed to exchange it for another one. I had to get a refund and repurchase the exact same kind for $80.
