The more expensive $80.00 ones did not work as well as this one.
These headphones offer excellent padding for tender heads as well as ears! The controls for the sound are attached to a box on the cord, which lights up to signal that the mic and audio is on. For the price, these headphones have surpassed our expectations! My children go through a few cheap models every year because they use them five times a week, enough proof of durability; this model is uncomplicated and appears to be sturdy. Will definitely purchase again!
I ordered this table for my son who lives out of state. He and his family love it! It was easy to put together and is as pretty as it looks in the pictures! It came much quicker than expected. Great deal.
Very good sound and comfort only issue is the control device as it has the smallest font control text I has ever seen. If you have reader glasses or you are young you can make it out. Bottom line it is well made and does its job
I use the headset hours on end and find it to have better sound quality than other like items. Very comfortable and easy to use.
Actually my son picked this item. According to him they work fine. He's a computer head who sits for hours on his computer. If they work for him they'd work for anyone. Trust me.
Husband loves them. He uses them for playing world of warcraft
I can't get these to work on my laptop with Windows 7 but on my old XP they work great. I got them to make phone calls with google voice and they work great for that purpose and didn't break the bank.
Previously, I paid a lot of money for an expensive, name-brand set of gamer headphones, that snapped off at the ear pieces. So when I went looking for a replacement, durability was a key factor. These have stood up very well, and show no sign of wear-fatigue. These have reasonable quality sound. The microphone slides up and out of the way, and it works delightfully. The USB connector makes it relatively simple to switch between using my speakers and headphones (of course, I have a USB connector in my monitor). My only complaint is that, due to the angle that the head-strap is molded, they are relatively tight on my ears. The ear-pads relieve this somewhat, but I would guess that trying to wear these all day would be a non-starter. I wear a size large motorcycle helmet, so if you are medium or small, this may not be a problem for you. But, while the head-phones themselves show no sign of wear-fatigue, after several hours of game play, my ears definitely feel the effects of wear-fatigue.
Both sets have a buzz noise every call we are on.
