This moisturizer meets all my expectations. I was looking for another moisturizer with a sunscreen that did not cost as much as the one I had been using. Actually, I like it much better. It absorbs faster and is not oily. It keeps my face fully moisturized all day and does great under my makeup. I love the price and will never go back to what I was using. I just hope Walmart keeps the price reasonable because it is a lot of us retirees out there searching for affordable alternatives.
Good overall. Love that it has SPF. The sunscreen portion feels like sunscreen (which I don't like the feeling of) but the lotion part covers that some.
I got this for my son. He has a moderate case of acne, and is being treated by a dermatologist for it. His skin is somewhat oily, and this creates the perfect environment for the acne causing bacteria on his skin, to seep inside the skin, and make him break out. That's exactly how my skin was when I was his age. He says he really likes this moisturizer. It's very light going on, because it's more like a lotion, than a cream. His skin just takes it in, like it was dying of thirst. It has a spf of 15. That isn't much, but it is a lot better than what he was using before. Nothing. I think his skin looks so much better. It is brighter, and healthier. He has noticed a change too. He told me his face feels soft. More importantly, it doesn't hurt as much. That makes it 5 star, from both of us. I told him this would happen. He hates it when I'm right. :)
Overall great moisturizer for the price. My only complaint is that it burns my eyes when I accidentally get it in them. I expect a facial cream to be gentle.
Has the worst burnt rubber chemical smell! The texture and hydration of the moisturizer is fine, but it burns my skin on application. The smell and burn only last a moment, it's just very unpleasant. I gave this a try because all the name brand products I normally use have gotten to outrageously expensive. Guess this cheaper way out wasn't a good option either.
This is a terrible moisturizer. It is more like a sunscreen and it burns like crazy on your skin. I don't even have sensitive skin but couldn't use it. Also the smell is awful and smells like burnt tires
It feels good but I couldn't get past the faint petroleum scent. I bought it several months ago since I stock up on essentials so now I can't return it. Tossed it.
loved it.. at first. less than 2 monthes in and its become ao thick, the pump dispenser wont work....have to dig out the product with a narrow spatula. got to use about 10% of it...not worth the money. would love to return it but walmart isnt giving me the option.
This moisturizer is definitely not sensitive-skin friendly at all! Put it on once I got out the shower and it did burn a little, but I ignored it. A day or two later it gave me closed comedones all over my chin, cheeks, and forehead. Not too happy about that, but I'm just trying to warn everyone else out there.
Equate is tested on animals :( This facial mosturizer smells bad and dries out your skin. The pump took forever to get working
