Foams really well, it has become my go to for face wash. I keep one in the shower and one in my sink. I use it twice a day, morning and night.
For a fraction of the price it works just as good as the name brand version. As a mom of 3 I try and cut corners with a lot, however skin care is important to me. This product doesn't dry my skin or cause me any irritation. I have combo skin, to which it truly helps and makes a difference. My skin feels clean and fresh after use. I switched from the name brand product to this and was shocked with the quality. Definitely recommend if you want to save some $$, for the same product!
Received my 2nd order exactly when they said. it was only one beauty item, and I'm very pleased with it!
i agree with the other positive reviews - this is a great find! however, i was surprised it was fragranced, since it's comparable to Cetaphil, and I don't remember Cetaphil having a scent. If fragrance doesn't bother you, then give this a try! I switched from Clinique face wash to this as the price is unbeatable and will stick with this from now on.
good with the texture and smell. please don't change the formula. Last year it seemed to change, but the year before is the same now.
I can't speak to its effectiveness yet since i just used it for the first time, but oh my goodness...it smells like walking into a hospital. I don't know if I'll be able to use the whole container because of the strong and offputting smell.
Most equate products are perfect dupes for their name brand counterparts. However this one has a very strong fragrance that Cetaphil does not have. It smells like the old fashioned Oil of Olay. It probably doesn't impact the quality of the soap at all and I'm sure Cetaphil also has a fragrance but this scent in the Equate brand is very strong and sort of old lady perfume reminiscent. I don't like rubbing it into my skin.
if you are like me and were hoping this was the same as the previous version of this product, let me save you the trouble and tell you its not! i loved the original product that was in the bottle shaped similar to the cetaphil bottle. it worked so good and smelled lovely, like a light floral scent. sadly it has been out of stock for months. so of course when i saw this product, i immediately compared ingredients to the old one. everything was the same word for word, so i figured they just changed the shape of the bottle. i was so excited to have my favorite face wash back. however this product is not the same. it doesnt rinse clean as easily and doesnt smell like flowers! it really doesnt smell like anything tbh, just that plain “unscented” smell. i am so sad. it still works but i want the previous version back! equate, please bring it back! Very unpleasant face wash- both during use and afterwards. For starters, it has an irritating scent (like a mix between baby powder and sunscreen), followed by a very thick soap consistency that is difficult to wash off. After managing to finally rinse all of the thick residue off your face, you are then treated to irritated eyes and dried out skin. No thanks. Awful stuff.
idc is this works even if it made my skin softer than a body builders oiled and shaved chest. it smells like grandmas 40 year old expired bottle of estee lauders beautiful..... yuck why cant it be fragrance free.....i. will oay more for name brand its worth it
