This works like a wonder drug to suppress the first hints of a cold. Take at the first sign of a scratchy throat or congestion. Can't recommend highly enough. And it's natural!

I start taking this as soon as I suspect a cold coming on, which for me is a slightly scratchy throat, and it seems to never get that bad....Hard to say what would happen if I didn't take it, but worth the effort!
I live or die by this in the winter. I start at the first sign of a cold and even if I don't completely avoid it, the cold is much less severe. I have depended on this for years.

I have used this for years. It makes colds pass with less symptoms. Always purchase the alcohol based one, it lasts in your home cupboard, unlike the glycerine just goes bad after 2 + years. Amazing product. The powdered packets are not great.
This is my favorite cold medicine. If I take it as soon as I think I am getting sick, I hardly get sick at all. Even if I don't take the medicine before the cold sets in, it goes away soon after I start taking it. I prefer the original drops over the syrups.
The first time I tried Umcha I was quite pleased. I had a terrible sore throat and felt as though I was coming down with a flu. I found that after 3 dosages the sore throat went away. I have used it quite often and feels it really does shorten the sick time.
