[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not for those who have trouble swallowing pills! They're rather large and the dosage is three pills two times a day. However calcium, magnesium, and zinc are extremely beneficial for bone health, helping reduce stress and anxiety, and promote muscle relaxation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me, you know the importance of calcium, zinc, and magnesium and are probably are taking each of these vitamins separately... do yourself a favor: if you already take these vitamins separate, or you struggle to get enough of them through your diet alone - save the hassle and pick these Nature's Way vitamins! Obviously, do your own research and find out what is best for you, but if you come to the conclusion that these doses would be right for you... I highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works exactly like intended. As I get older I find calcium is necessary and adding magnesium, plus zinc covers all my bases. The pills are a little large but no bigger than any other supplement. I didn't notice any side effects and I've taken it for over a month.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received for my honest opinion Love having the extra calcium in my magnesium vitamins. I already take magnesium to help me sleep at night. So having that added, calcium is a great bonus. especially since I work so hard and don't drink a lot of milk. Also having the zinc in there is a great bonus as well. I love having Vitamins with multi functions. The only thing I don't love is that I have to take free a day instead of just one.

According some research, Magnesium helps for having better sleeping at night. And, I feel relax and easy to fall asleep at night are things I see the effectiveness from this supplement. I believe I will see more positive results if I continue to take it. I has Great value and doesn't have fishy taste.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As somebody who takes a lot of vitamins and supplements daily, I was excited to try nature's Way with calcium, magnesium, and zinc all in one. I thought that by taking this I could take less pills. However I have to take three pills twice per day. So that stays the same but it is a good product , it does get less expensive than buying all three separate bottles. However, the magnesium that I was buying separately is better, so for that reason I'll stick with my original routine. But for those who are not necessarily looking for multimagnesium types, this would be a good supplement to take instead.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these, but there's a few reasons why I didn't give five stars. First and foremost, the amount it suggests you take is far more than most people actually NEED. 3 capsules, twice daily? The average adult female needs about 300 mg of mag, so you could get away with taking just 3 a day. I think the capsules are HUGE and hard for me to swallow. I ended up only taking one a day, because it just hurt my stomach/throat to even attempt taking 3. Much less twice a day doing that. Even taking the 1 a day I can say my muscle aches and knee issues have greatly subsided, and that makes me so happy! I haven't noticed much else, other than my mood is a tad better, and I can stay up later achieving daily goals.

I have slept well, though I'm not sure that's attributable to the supplement or me actually going to sleep at a decent hour lol. I appreciate that there is no distinguishable taste or smell to the vitamins. My main complaint is that these are capsules, which I find difficult to swallow as they float in water and swish around in my mouth when I try to drink them down so I kind of choke. Tablets would be much better. Also, reformulating these to where I didn't have to take six total pills in a day would be ideal as that feels egregious in addition to everything else I already take.

I didn't notice a taste in them, I was just expecting a smaller capsule and I've got trouble swallowing bigger pills so this was an issue some days for me! Overall I felt like they worked pretty good for me and I would recommend as long as you've got no issues swallowing them!
