Husband needed extra iron when he came out of hospital BUT he also has a lot of problems with constipation. I have been giving him these on top of our regular vitamins for about two weeks now and it seems to work just fine.
I became anemic due to blood loss. This iron has helped me so much. I can tell when it kicks in. I needed iron that did not have magnesium as an ingredient. This one is perfect for me. The capsules have a taste, but not an iron taste. Atleast to me.
Simple, great ingredients
This product is wonderful. I have low iron levels and it helps to keep me on an even keel. I cannot take the other forms of Iron as I have a severe reaction and OVERDOSE symptoms such as yellowing eyes/skin and Gastrointestinal issues. These are plant-based and seem to agree with my system fully. I have been taking these supplements for quite a while now and will recommend them for others in the same situation as I.
My doctor recommended this product as I have had several issues with low iron. This is a low dose, non constipating, easy shallow gel pill! I am hoping for positive results when I go back for blood work in 4-6 weeks!

I need more iron and this is doubling my multivitamin amount which is just right since you can get too much iron also!
I take this every other day - it has less iron than most supplements, but it's plenty to keep my iron up without getting constipated.
ive been taking this for a while now and have zero side effects! ill never take anything else. this will always be my favorite. my jands and feet are no longer freezing and the dark circles around my eyes wre gone! i haven't gotten my iron levels checked yet but don't think i need to because i can feel its working. i really really really love this iron pill. thank you Walmart
I have only taken a couple of these. My biggest disappointment was the speed of the shipping. it took about 2 weeks for these to arrive and it was also very hot during that time so I'm wondering if the quality may have been compromised?
