It contains 100 capsules of calcium citrate, carbonate, and malate to help support bone and muscle function. You take 2 capsules for 500mg of calcium. The capsules make it easy for me to consume. This is a good way for me to get my calcium as I don't drink milk, and women as they age definitely need more bone support.

The best way to consume is always through the food but when you need an alternative way, supplement is the other way. This supplement is capsule-style and easy to swallow. Since it suggests 2 capsules twice daily, I divided them into morning and evening. It doesn't have any taste to it.

The combination of citrate carbonate and malate allows for a gradual absorption of calcium, which I appreciate. Each capsule has a fairly low dose (250mg), allowing me to adjust my calcium intake based on my lab results. I also like that it doesn't contain vitamin D, as I already take a sufficient dose of D3. Overall, it's a great product, and I plan to keep purchasing it.

The capsules must be taken twice daily: two in the morning, two in the evening. They can be taken with or without a meal. I find it easiest to take in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening following dinner. My stomach tends to get upset if I take supplements in general on an empty stomach.

I appreciate that so I don't have to restock as often. I find the bottle easy to open as I have pain in my hands and sometimes have difficulty with bottles. I wish the capsule material was vegan versus being made of gelatin. Other than that, I find this as an easy way to consume my daily dose of calcium!
