We use this powder twice daily for its immune system enhancing qualities. It tastes great and dissolves well. My health has improved dramatically since I have started to use this product.
This IP-6 + Inositol powder tastes good, mixes easily with water, and best of all, it makes me feel healthy. I've taken daily doses each morning and have gone through two canisters of it during this spring and summer. I think this formula helps my immune system because when taking it regularly, I had no problem with viruses. Recently, it has been out of stock, so I've been relying on the capsules, but I prefer the powder. The list price is exorbitant, but Swanson has sold it at a discount.

I enjoy Cell Forte for a number of reasons: * It makes you feel good! * it gives you natural, dependable energy * it helps your cells behave! * it is easy to prepare * it tastes good * it is made by a respected company Like most supplements I take, I do not use it every day. But whenever I have a particularly demanding day ahead, I reach for my trusted Cell Forte. For those traveling, it also comes in pill form, but I find the powder to be more effective. It has never failed, and I highly recommend it!
