The first time I tried it at the recommended dose on the label I did not notice a benefit altho I was pleasantly surprised that you can place the powder on your tongue and it tastes like sugar. I did some follow up research online and found that studies have used doses up to 12 grams safely for anxiety so the next time I doubled my dose and it worked as well as taking a Xanax which I stopped taking months ago. Inositol has a short half life for me but at the dose I am taking (1/2 tsp) I can use it again during the day or night. I also ordered Kal choline/inositol sustained release to try that at a lower dosage hoping it will give me all day relief.
I definitely have seen a lot of improvement since I started using this product. When I miss using it as well I notice the difference.
The product might be ok, don't know yet, but waiting for it and shipping was misleading... Next time i will order it on Amazon- same price, so much shorter waiting time...
