Glad to have found an Omega3 product that doesn't stink or taste bad, great to take and your body needs it.
this is a great value
I don't eat fish very often, I'm not a sea food lover. I decided to try Fish Oil Softgels as a way of getting Omega-3. I happy with Spring Valley Fish Oil.
This product was bought because my Doctor wanted me to take it. I have used Fish Oil for about 5 years. I picked the brand name because it was a twin pack and a reasonable price.
I like all Spring Valley dietary supplement products. This one is nice because it leaves no fishy after taste. I would recommend this to anyone using Fish Oil with Omega 3.
price was excellent, but best of all...they don't taste like fish!
These are large pills but easy to take, and it gives you all the Omega 3's you need.
Found elsewhere as inexpensive as Walmart - which I find to be unusual. Home delivery was very quick and product was well packaged; shipping costs were minimal and no line at the register. Would be helpful if Walmart displayed an average cost per dose or per day -- some level quantity. I bought this product for Omega-3 fish oil and, at this delivery caplet must take 3 per day -- there are other products similar to this item that can be taken 1 time per day. This would be a good thing to have displayed -- make the decision point easily discerned.
I have been taking these enteric coated capsules for a year without the expected benefit, according to my doctor. The reason is, I discovered, these capsules are passing completely through my system without disolving. Therefore I am getting no benefit from them at all. I have sent in requests for explanations on why this has been happening but none of my requests have been answered.
The coating on these gel pills prevent them from being digested and absorbed into your system. You'd be just as well off eating wax.
