I started using this product of 100 mg of Niacin to try to reduce my migraine headaches. My migraines went from four or five a week to less than three a month. Besides that it also reduced my cholesterol!
This med helps to keep my cholesterol in control. I use it instead if a Staten. Occasionally I get a flush but I am OK with that.
Nature Ways is a good brand that can be trusted. I take 1 gram of niacin a day (10 capsules over a 24 hour period). I wait at least an hour between capsules and have little to no flush. Would recommend this and Swansons.

Some of the pills give me a rush and some don't. I find this odd.
I wouldn't recommend this product. I've taken another brand of niacin but decided to try this lower dosage. The “ flush” that others have discussed after taking niacin is something I've never experienced. Shortly after taking this, my face, neck, arms, and even ears felt like they were on fire. It was awful. I threw the bottle -minus one capsule- away!
