I bought this to supplement my mental health as Niacin has shown to be beneficial for those with depression. This will be my first time taking it so I don't know if the Niacin will help relieve my symptoms yet. As Zoloft has become less effective for me over the past 10 years taking it, I am ready to try an alternative treatment for depression.
Always happy with the NOW brand. Good quality and reasonably priced.

Just started taking
I am extremely concerned about taking this product - I bought a Natural Grocers locally, not sure if I can return. Even taking one capsule with a full meal, high fiber and plenty of water, this formulation causes immediate and severe flushing that is sustained for 20 to 30 minutes. I thought I would adjust, but I have taken these capsules 4 times now and the effect is only slightly improved - the flushing effect is instant and severe. I'm going to have to just toss them.
