This prpduct is great. The orher falanges were way too big. Glad I was able to find these.
I bought both this because the 25 mm flange is too big for my breasts/areolas, this item works well for me. I DO NOT recommend buying the 22.5 mm flange reducer, it is poorly designed and does not work as well as the areola simulator.

Fits my medela pump in style standard shield (if you push it in with index finger thru the middle). Soft & comfortable fit.
It fits and it helps.
The standard flange was too big for me so I wanted something smaller and found this. It's really simple to put on and does exactly what it is supposed to do. My only issue is that it is a little leaky. You will lose a few drops of milk but not a lot. But that's going to happen since it is an insert to the actual flange.
However, I can see how it may work for others. It just did not work for me as suction slowed down which is exactly opposite of what I was expecting to happen.
I had read this would help increase pumping output. However, that wasn't the case for me and the size is really tiny...
These make it so there is no suction my finger could get out more milk
