I like and I see results it been 1 month. I always take products for hair...not to fond of those that are gummies its candy to me. This product is doing its job (ha.ha)!
This is the best supplement that I have found for helping your hair, skin and Nails. I have to take supplements to help with hair loss and weak nails due to cancer meds. This is the only one that worked and it has the most vitamins to help with healthy hair, skin, and nails. I highly recommend this to anyone who has weak or fragile nails, hair loss or unhealthy hair and it seems to help your skin regenerate and heal.
Using the name- brand "Hair, Skin and Nails" is almost twice the cost. I use these, my husband uses them, and we see the difference. Even in our old age!
I tried this product because I had a No Chip Manicure go wrong and pretty much ruined my nails, so I was hoping something would help restore them. It has taken a little time, but I really think this product has helped. And my hair is definitely thicker - my stylist mentioned it the other day. So, I'm going to keep using it.

I can't rate it for nails or skin, as I have not notice any apparent changes (have been using it for 7 months). However, it has greatly helped grow my hair back, I had been suffering from hair loss from stress, the growth of new hair is constant and visible.
I have been taking these vitamins now for little over a month. While I don't see a big difference in my hair, my skin and nails look wonderful. I suffer from adult acne and I have only had one break out since starting them. I also noticed some of the hyper pigmentation left behind by the acne is also clearing.
A few months ago I wanted a shorter haircut, so I chopped 7 inches off to my shoulders. A week later I desperately wanted my hair back lol. My hair normally grows a bit faster than the regular, but I wanted something to both help my hair grow faster and help my nails grow faster and stronger. I began taking these on the 13th of this month, and it is now the 27th and I'm amazed that I'm seeing results so quickly, mostly with my hair (I'll attach a photo - left photo is from the 11th, right photo is from today the 27th). I'm noticing that my nails are growing faster now, too (my nails usually take f o r e v e r to grow). I haven't noticed that much with my skin, except that I'm PMSing and haven't broken out at all which is unusual, but I don't know if it's because of these vitamins or I'm just lucky this month. Anyway, I take the recommended 3 pills a day, one with each meal. I tried taking all 3 at once, but my stomach would get a bit upset afterward so I just space them out. They're not a huge pill (will attach a photo of that as well in comparison to C0stco Ibuprofen pill) and the smell doesn't bother me. I used to take those One A Day pink teen vitamins a long long time ago and to me they just kinda smell like that. It's not pleasant but it's not offensive, either. They go down fine, don't have a weird aftertaste, haven't been burping up any weird flavors with them, lol. I think it's a good price, too, about $12 for 240 pills which, if you take 3 a day, will last you 80 days or almost 3 months. Anywho, I love these things and will continue to take them. If I remember, I'll take a photo every month and make some sort of collage to upload here so people can see the growth.
I've only been taking these pills for about 2 weeks and a half and I've already seen results. This is my first time actually trying a vitamin to grow my hair and already, in about 3 weeks I've grown about an inch and a half in length. Pictures are below. Within the first few days of taking these, my scalp was producing much more oil than usual and I think the pill was the cause, but around the second week my scalp stopped getting so oily. Before starting these, my hair was very dry and damaged because I had been a full blonde before dying my hair back dark. In the first week I noticed my hair getting softer and not only that, but I noticed improvement within my nails. My nails actually started growing for once after taking off my arcrylic nails and they feel much stronger. They haven't broken once. I would also like to include that on average I usually grow about an inch of hair each month and this has brought me to 1.5 inches in just 3 weeks and possibly 2 by the end of the month. I would also like to include that I also take a multivitamin in addition to this pill and have regular oil treatments each week so I'm not sure if any of that would impact my results, but I do think that these vitamins contributed to my fast hair growth.
I received my vitamins today and I don't like that the label has been ripped off where the expiration date should be. I find it very suspicious, as I have no way of knowing how old these are.
