So far great. Seems No. 10 developer is gentler. Hair seems smoother and not as drying as a No. 20.
Been using chromatics for about 10 years. Never had a problem and always get great coverage and color. No one likes coloring their own hair, but that said, this product works great!
This developer came quickly and appears to be the real deal. I used it, and it worked as expected - same results as from a salon. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. I prefer the 10 volume developer over the 20; I don't need lightening, and the 20 volume leaves my hair too dry and straw-like. I don't love coloring my own hair, but until COVID-19 is no longer a worry, I'll be staying away from salons.
Leaves hair feeling soft. My hair holds the color longer with this then other brands I've used.
