As a mother, small business owner, and college student in her late 20's, you can only imagine the hormonal mileage on me. Being in my mid 40s I go through a lot of mood swings and especially right before my menstrual cycle and during. I started taking the AZO Hormonal Happy Cycle right away and like recommend once daily with food. I usually have a hard time taking capsules but this was not to big in size, and was easy to swallow leaving no bad after taste. I also felt comfortable taking these capsules knowing that they are made drug free and with Chastetree berry a natural plant and Ahwagandha which is herb, both help support my body hormones, mood, and stress all naturally. Since taking I have been more positive, daily stress has been more manageable, cramping and bloating has decreased with so much more energy and ambition then before. My over all thoughts this works well, is made non-GMO, gluten free, vegan, no artificial dyes, and dairy free. I highly recommend buying!

I definitely felt an improvement in my monthly bloating, and this less bloating certainly helped me with my overall irritability! They are an easy to swallow size, and I love that they are non-GMO with no gluten or artificial dyes. I'm intrigued with AZO's use of ashwagandha and chaste tree berry extract, and I hope that I more fully feel the effects of these ingredients as I continue use. Good stuff!

I didn't feel any different but I haven't even used the entire bottle. I still have maybe a week left. I am going to get another bottle. I think it takes time to get into our system.

However I have not noticed any other results that this product claims it does but it does suggest to take it for 90 days for better results, so that may be why I have not noticed more results. It claims it also helps with irritability and bloating, relieves stress and improves overall mood. This is a more natural alternative to other drug products to help with the issues you face during your monthly cycle. If you are going the more natural route of medications than I would highly suggest to give this product a try.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try these because they have natural ingredients including chasteberry and ashwagandha root but unfortunately I couldn't stand how they smell enough to actually try them and see if they helped with my PMS. I would highly suggest to make these in a gel capsule. They are dairy and gluten free. Don't have artifical dyes and are non-gmo. They also have other vitamins and minerals in them. They aren't big which is great for people who struggle swallowing pills. They didn't work for me but maybe they'd work for someone else.
