These containers are the perfect size for anyone doing the 21 Day Fix program. One container will fit 1-purple serving or 1-green serving. Since the red and yellow servings are smaller, these fit those single servings also. If you want to combine servings you will need a larger size. Sturdy and hold up well in the dishwasher. Good value also.
This is just there right size for a single serving! I use one for my meat and one for my rice every day. My salad goes in the next size up and they nest well for storage.
