I was looking to add more fiber into my diet and this is definitely the most enjoyable way to do it. I now buy this product regularly.
These fiber gummies taste like candy. They are particularly efficient with regularity. I'm sorry it took me so long to find them.
Fiber in gummie form is great and works well too
I am a Bariatric patient and use these gummies dialy. By taking 2 gummies daily i am able to stay regular with no problem. They have a variety of different flavors to choose from. The flavors are wonderful and have no nasty after taste. This bottle last me a little over a month. I would recommend this product to all my fiends and family with no hesitation. On a sale from 1-10 I give this product a 10 plus!

For me, I couldn't take the recommended amount of 2/day bc of bloating and cramping. I take 1 every other day and am now regular. They taste GREAT! No hint of vitamin like smell or taste.
This is my first time ever using a fiber supplement. The reason I'm taking them is to help keep me regular, and to help keep me full, and they do both. I'm also trying to lose weight. I feel better in general since taking these as well! These gummies are reasonably priced, and they taste like candy.
