I bought my 04 C4S 2 years ago with 30k miles and new s02a tires front and back. 2 years later and at 60k miles I am in the market for a new set of tires. This car is my daily driver, mostly interstate in Atl, 60 miles/day. I havedone 4 or 5 autocross events each of the last 2 years. I have found the performance of the tires to be good from cornering to steering responsiveness. I havebeen super delighted by the longevity of the tire. Replaced the backs at 15k and the front are at 30k at this point. As time has gone by, the tires are tending towards being pretty loud. All in all, though, I would rate these as super good tires. I am currently debating whether I should buy another set of these orgo with a cheaper set such as Hankook.

A 930 is not exactly best for ice or snow. I did go into a lot ofsnow last winter, probably a lot more than I cared for. It went ok.< br>< br>But for any other consideration rain or shine, this is a wondeful tire.

I took quite some time to decide between another set of the S-02 I was replacing with the S-02A. Based on Tire Rack survey and reviews, I decided on the S-02A. Although it is too soon to say for sure, turn-in is not as sharp as with the S-02. The tires require noticeably more steering angle to turn the car comparedto the S-02 and I do not get the lateral rotation feeling that I liked with theS-02. My guess is the S-02A has a softer side wall to slow down weight transfer from front to rear of the car to reduce oversteer, a safety consideration I suspect. This is a feature I really liked about the S-02, the "right now" turningthey provided and how the car quickly rotated based on steering input. I needmore seat time in the dry to confirm my thoughts and I have yet to drive the car in the wet. More to come but if my suspicions are true, I will buy S-02 without the "A" for repurchase.

This tire came on my '04 911 4S. I have 27000 miles and I'm replacing due to age, not wear. They could still go another 3-5000, I believe. I can't imagine a better tire for this car. The wear problems people may be having could be due to alignment. I put on two new Michelin rear tires and was to the threadswithin 10,000 miles. I took my car to the Porsche dealer and the alignment wasout badly. New Bridgestone S02A rears are wearing great.

I am using the Porsche-approved version of this tire (N3) and happy with the performance after 6,000 miles. I question some of the durability numbers however; claims of 20,000 miles seem high to me for this rubber. I check tire pressures weekly and I doubt I will see 20K out of the rear due to the wear I see already. It's not a complaint however as longevity (although nice) is not my primary motivation. Grip is my primary goal and this tire provides all the dry weather grip I need. I'm not pushing the car as hard when it rains and with that said theS-02A's are good in the wet. They do tend to develop a flat spot after a week of sitting as someone else has mentioned but this goes away after a few miles. Intemperatures below 45 degrees the tire is adequate and can get you from point Ato B but I definitely am not pushing the car in cold temps. I won't dare drive in the snow with this dedicated summer tire! Sure, I would like to get a little more tire life out of this tire but overall I like them and would most likely purchase another set.

Great tire. The dry grip is superb, the feedback is wonderful, and the noise is low. On the track, the S-02As are the best non-R compound tires I have tried, and I have been through a good number. So far, no complaints. I suspect thatthe tread life will be brief, but that is to be expected from such a grippy tire. Good stuff, Bridgestone.

This tire is a great alternative to the costlier PS2. What it falls slightly short of the PS2 is in straight line directional stability and noise. Keyis to get the best balancing and alignment job done. It performs to its end oflife very well. The design looks better than the PS2. There's actually very little reason to spend more for the PS2.

Excellent all around tire. Does not see much wet road use as I tend notto drive my Ferrari on rainy days. Can be noisy but engine usually drowns out tire sounds. Great stopping, cornering general handling tire. Would purchase again. Track use when the Glen was cold and wet proved quite good, but went to slicks for most track events.

I really like these on my NSX, great handling and civilized enough for a daily driver. The lateral grip on dry pavement is amazing, very predictable, and even in the rain they work very well, although I don't push it in wet conditions. Other reviews have said they're not for normal driving, but I disagree. While they are a bit jiggly on rougher surfaces, I find them more than reasonable and have had no complaints from my wife on hour + drives.
