I read several reviews on this product before purchasing and it was exactly as I expected -- easy to assemble and it became an automatic hit! Perfect height for my 17 month old. He loves to play with the boats and train cars and shovel. I've only done water so far -- as I know there is no way sand and water are going to stay separated. Best part is that it can be quickly drained each time after use and I always place the nylon cover back (nicely made and durable) I think this will be around for several years in my backyard.
I bought this for my 2 year old grandson. The height of the table is just right for him and he can reach everything. Very easy to clean. It was extremely easy to put together. I did buy a few more small vehicles and sand toys. The only problem we have is that the playsand does not flow thru the funnels very well.
this is a great toy. we have water in both sides. could not imagine putting sand in there--far too messy. the only bad thing is that the black plugs that are supposed to keep the water in don't hold very well and the sink usually leaks. we have been meaning to permanently seal the drains shut since the sink is easy enough to just tip over when you're done w/the water in it. it would be nice if the train tracks were attached b/c my dog got to one and chewed it up.
My 2 year old son really loves this sand and water table. Very nice! It is just the right height for him and he has a lot of fun playing with it. I highly recommend it. We have a very small porch in a condo complex and this works out very nicely because it does not take up much room. If you have a lot of room I might recommend purchasing one of the larger sand and water tables, but for a small area, this works perfect. It gets very messy, so put it somewhere where you can easily clean up with a hose or something. Just what a 2 year old loves! Getting messy!
I am a mother of a 3 year old and a 10 month old and they both LOVED to play with this product, I did both containers of just water since they have a separate sand box and it worked really well for us. Super easy to assemble and my boys loved that they have toys included. Totally worth the money just to see your baby's smile and have fun.
This keeps my 2 21 month old daughters occupied for at least an hour at a time. My 3 year old son loves this as well and it is sturdy enough for all 3 to play with at the same time. I have water in both sections and the plugs really do keep the water in. It only took me about 5 minutes to set it up once I had it out of the box. This is a great buy and I am sure I will be using it next year as well.
After researching many options both online and in-stores, I decided on this sand/water table for my 2 and 4 year old. They love it and will play for hours! It's the perfect height, and sturdiness. It was super easy to put together and took me less than 5 minutes. My kids love all the accessories that come with it - train tracks and cars, shovel, boats, and toys. The cover fits perfectly and after 5 days of rain, the sand wasn't wet when we removed the cover! Very happy with this product and would highly recommend.
My 2 year old granddaughter loves this toy!! She spends at least an hour a day playing with it out side with me. I only put water in it (no sand) and it's great fun and educational!! Highly recommend this - with supervision of course :O)
My 3year old son loves it! I knew when I bought it I would not be using sand. It really should only be used as a water toy. I see that with sand it would be very messy. So if you are looking for a great and fun water toy this is the one!
i don't like the concept of water AND sand on the same table, so i was happy to discover that both sections of this table have a water tight plug in the bottom. Boy Child definitely loves his water table!
