I was so hesitant to upgrade from my 4 g flip top cell that I have had for 20 plus years!, lol, lol..By gosh this refurbished Motto for myself is AWESOME!! Yes, I was afraid to play ,,,, surf, hit this do that..Within 1 @1/2 days I got the hang of this lovely "HELLO MOTTO" For years I remembered when this model first came on the market. I was in Times Square, NYC.and it was the NEW Happy.BUT, I was still stuck in flip top head space..So I will share that our age group which we were not taught like the children today in school.TAKE the plunge,,Trust me I/We/You can DO everything you need to do in your every day lives..I will rate this sleek cell a Perfect "10", in my brain but a "5" by American standards..Enjoy..
I'm no phone expert, but this phone seems quite good, especially for the money. Performance is snappy, memory is adequate and I added a 32 gig micro SD chip. I especially like the "do not disturb" mode which I haven't had before with older Android operating systems.
nice phone, especially for the price, i only buy refurbed and have never been 'burned'... different than other android phones in that motos have 'moto action' (different short cut features - i.e. two hand chops and flashlight turns off/on, even when phone is 'off', my fav)... have only had few weeks, haven't figures all out, but very happy with purchase, would definitely recommend/purchase again
I had to upgrade my phone in order to be compatible with service changes, and this phone went above and beyond. Not only does it have more than enough storage built in, but it's faster, light weight, and has a ton of settings that can be personalized. The only thing that I miss having is the ability to turn on the screen by double tapping, instead of just using the power button.
I am very happy with my new MOTO G7 Optimo (XT1952DL) - RECONDITIONED SMART Phone, although it is a reconditioned I would not have known it because it looks and works like new unused condition. The phone is a little smaller than some and that makes it that much easer to carry for a man like I am and still big enough to use easily. The phone is all it has been described and then some, like anything it is different than my last phone (LG) and takes a little getting use to it. I feel this was a very good choice and I am not at all disappointed in my purchase.
I bought this refurbished phone as a stopgap solution to a failed attempt at getting onto Google's Fi network with a Pixel 4a. The stopgap measure works so well on Tracfone network that I don't see a need for "the latest and the greatest." As a phone, Mr. Moto works fine and as an Android tablet it's as good as any that I've used before. It's fast and sure-footed. Even the camera is good. It's no Leica Q, but it's good. I've used Tracfone network for years now, and I've never regretted it.
This is a nice looking, streamlined phone, especially in comparison to my older LG. It's too early to tell much, and I'm on the low tech side, so I probably won't get to appreciate all the features for a while. I do know that if I had known the battery wasn't that great, I would have bought the Maxx, which lasts 4 days between charges. That's the one I got for my husband, and now I'm jealous. Finding a case for the Maxx is harder, though.
It's good. I'm impressed and surprised that I was able to get it at no cost. That was nice of them. It's been a decent phone, so far. I'm not a big "phone person," so I mainly just watch anime and youtube on it, instead of talking to people. I think the only complaint I have is that male voices (in videos) seem to come across as quieter than female voices. At least in the anime I watch. Sometimes I have to adjust the volume throughout the episodes. Maybe it's the anime and not just the phone. I dunno. But yeah, the phone's alright.
Could barely hear. Even speaker phone was barely audible. Realized screen cover applied by company covered speakers on the top front of the phone. Removed that portion with scissors and sound improved remarkably.
My text msgs don't alert with a tone. Tried for an hour with tech to fix it. Also randomly drops signal, have to shut off and re start. Will have to send back.
