I have used this product for well over a year and it works WELL! Sadly, it has become very difficult find in the stores and must now be ordered on line. I suggest ordering two so as to not run out.
I love this product. It works great. No more night sweats. I have tried several different black cohosh I feel this works better because it has an AM and PM pill.
I use this product for about 2 months and then switch to another product. It works great for me. I don't have hot flashes or severe mood swings. By switching up my products, I don't build up a tolerance. It's inexpensive and keeps me feeling great.
It is one of the best natural products on the market especially given the price. It is unfortunate that customers have to order it on line as you can rarely find it in the stores. Please consider restocking the stores for ease of access.
I've tried other products that contain only the Black Cohosh for treatment of menopausal symptoms and they do not work for me. As this product is a Black Cohosh complex, it contains Valerian extract and Hops Flower (in the evening formula) which helps me relax and sleep.
I have been on 2 different bio-identical hormone therapies and neither seemed to work on the hot flashes. I have been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and it has had AMAZING results. I now get 1-2 (at the most) hot flashes at night and none during the day. When I went off this supplement for 2 days, the hot flashes came back. I would highly recommend this supplement!
I had been looking for this item at several Walmart. All were out of stock. I finally found it online and ordered the max allowed. Only this menopause item works for me! Makes my life happy. Thanks Walmart for bringing it back.

So we checked other Wal-Mart's within a fifth teen mile radius of our home and no luck, we live in the suburbs of Los Angeles. ( San Gabriel Valley) So I went online and found the item and purchase Two boxes. It works for my wife and she makes sure that we check our local store every time we shop there.
This medicine works as soon as you take the first pill. I am in my 30s and had no idea what to buy, thanks to the reviews I decided to try this product. Great decision I ever made.
I am 49 years old, and really think this helps tempering my -mild- hotflashes. I also find the valerian in the nighttime caplets soothing. I keep in mind, though, regular exercise is crucial in 'surviving' menopause...
