I do 30 drops in about 4 ozs of juice. My favorite is the diet V8 tropical flavor. When I first started it is did it three times a day for two weeks and now anywhere from 1 to 2 times a day. I take it for inflammation and it works!!
I use this product because I am a runner, it helps with my joint health.
I've bought this product several times. I like to add it to my veggie juice for all its benefits. Also, it adds a nice flavor to ginger ale, spicing it up and apple pie or anything where you want an almost ginger flavor but with added benefits. Love it, will continue to use it.
