Only thing that helps my neuropathy and keeps me from having to take Gabapentin. Recommended by my neurologist a few years back and has really helped.

I'm giving the Product itself a 5 Star Review since I've been taking Sundown Brand for over 4 months, took other Brands that didn't work compared to Sundown's. I researched online the prices for Sundown Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg and found it much cheaper on Ebay. I recently purchased a 3 Pack for a couple dollars more than on Walmart's Supplier : Pro Supply Wholesale sells it for 1 Bottle.
This pill apparently dissolves in the wrong place in your digestive tact and causes sever burning pain in your esophagus/stomach. I have taken other brands and have never experience this, I have been wondering why this pill causes me so much pain after taking it, it could due to capsule, the ones i took before were tablets. I do not recommend it at all. very bad product. my nephropathy pain is much less than the pain this pill causes me.
