Ive taken 5htp from other name but this product is Great. No side effects except sensitivity to sunlight. Ive suffered from depression for almost 30 years. Ive taken Pages of prescription drugs. These have helped me tremendously.
Very good vitamins makes your body feel great
These gave me an upset stomach but my eldest son says they work fine for him. Maybe dose was too much for me just starting out.
