[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great for my particular issues which used to be IBS constipation type with very uncomfortable bloating and distention of the gut no matter what i ate. It was recommended by a friend who suffers from celiac disease. I first did a 3 months treatment along with cutting down on dairy products, carbs and eliminating coffee. I also stuck to my regimen of 3 -4 miles daily walk and spending more relaxing time with family. 85%- 95% of my symptoms cleared over a period of one year. I now use the probiotic as needed when i flare up for one reason or another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this product for 2 months now and I love it. I have been regular since I started and can tell a difference if I missed a day. I also don't seem to be having digestive issues anymore. Very happy with this product.

If I skipped a day, or two, of taking megaflora, my symptoms would return. I am so thankful that it restored me back to normal.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used another leading brand for a while now that keeps me regular and my gut feeling less bloated but they've gotten very expensive so I thought I'd try this MegaFood that my colon therapist uses. It would be great if it was shelf stable but it has to be refrigerated. That's not a big deal though. It seems to perform like a typical probiotic but not as well as the expensive one I stopped. For the price I'd probably keep using this one longer to see if results improve though. It takes time.
I love this particular probiotic and was very pleased with the ease of ordering and how quickly it got shipped to me. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that when it arrived it was not cold packed. This product requires refrigeration to hold its potency.
