I have just started taking it, the ingredient quality is okay, so is the size, the package is small, the taste is good, this supplement has many benefits which are linked to digestion and the gut health, Let's wait until I finish and see.

It seems like have very good quality. As I often don't have time to go to the toilet at work, and I will habitually hold my urine, as long as infected once, it is easy to relapse if not careful.
