I suffer with bloating and upset tummy since taking these my bloating n wind and tummy pain subsidised. i take these regularly and tummy flat n feel great .

Good quality. Love the size of the softballs, easy to swallow. Good to help healing gastritis and I could see the benefits within 2 months of use. Great for gut in general; digestion as well and microbiome. Packaging is too big for the quantity of the pills
