its too early to see if it helps our picky 3 year old but he doesnt mind taking it so thats a win.
Consistency and patience is definitely key! Excellent product. My 3 year old missed it for 3 days and the difference was big in a bad way. Bowels did not open, irritable and aggressive, sleep was disrupted from 8 to 5 hours a night, food was not getting digested well. It was a difficult three nights. The only challenge is that at times she has lots of gas.

We love this product and have noticed a positive difference with our child’s behaviors and regularity with bowel movements. Could you please make a version without Vitamin A? We need to start another supplement that also has A in it and it would exceed the daily limit for A if we use both, so we will have to chose between the 2. We want to continue both. Please consider this.
As a mom of 5 boys, this the 5-in-1 bioheal was exactly what I was looking for! Not only is it a high quality pre and probiotic and digestive enzyme.... but it is VERY budget friendly for such a big family!
I saw drastic improvement in my daughter's eating habit and overall health, She was picky eater 6 months ago and now she eats everything after starting with Probiotic in May 2023. She also gains lot of new words in her speech.
We are happy with the product so far. We add it to juice and it did not change the taste of the juice. So he takes it without any complaints. His body has adjusted and is his digestive system is becoming regular after 1 week. We use to give him miralax to help him with his digestion issues. We haven't had to give him a dose since starting with the aspire. We did a half scoop as recommended and we will be adjusting to the full scoop now. It is a little pricey compared to other probiotics so we are hoping to see more improvement with his behavior. We should know more in a month if there is any change.
